DOC II shoes are in US generic sizes and are sized closer to a women's foot. Men should add 2 sizes to the number. Men - if you are a size 10 order size 12. ALSO NOTE: Depending on your clinicals you may need different shoes for that part of your studies as some institutions may not allow holes on the sides.
